Trade in against a check, not a photo. Every sale carries a 90-day limited warranty and a 7-day condition guarantee.
Part-exchange, in four steps

- 2We check itBring it to us, or we run the same 24-point check on arrival if it is being collected with a purchase.
- 3Written offerOffer stated against the check result, valid for 7 days, deductible from the price of the vehicle you are buying.
- 4PaperworkTransfer document signed, frame number recorded, and the vehicle removed from your name where registration applies.
What the 90-day warranty covers

The 7-day condition guarantee
If the vehicle does not match its report when it arrives, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We collect it and refund the price, or agree a repair where that suits you better. The guarantee is about condition on arrival — a fault we recorded as sound, a capacity materially below the stated figure, or damage that was not photographed. Wear from use after delivery is not covered.
Returns outside the guarantee
Distance sales include a 14-day right to cancel under consumer law, provided the vehicle is returned in the condition it was delivered, with its charger, keys and report. Return carriage is at your cost unless the vehicle is faulty. Collection purchases are not distance sales; the 7-day guarantee still applies.
