What we do

Greenlane Commercials Limited buys, inspects and resells pre-owned electric two-wheelers: electric bicycles, electric kick scooters, electric mopeds and other compact light electric vehicles used for personal mobility and everyday transport.

Each vehicle is inspected against 24 checks, graded for cosmetic condition, and sold with a written report that includes measured battery capacity and the range recorded on our test route. Customers can review specifications, battery data and condition before deciding, and can ask for a viewing before they commit.

How we source

Vehicles come from trade-ins, fleet returns and private sellers. We check the frame number against stolen-bike registers before a vehicle is offered, and we record the proof of ownership we hold. Where paperwork is incomplete, the report says so rather than glossing over it.

How we sell

Sales are individual customer orders. The price of each vehicle depends on the model, its age, its condition and its specification, and it is confirmed in writing with the delivery cost before payment. We do not take card payments on this website: orders are confirmed by email and paid by bank transfer, or on collection.

What we will not do

• We do not describe a used vehicle as new, ex-demo or “like new” when it is not.
• We do not quote a range figure without the conditions it was measured under.
• We do not sell a vehicle with a battery below 70% state of health as a complete unit.
• We do not publish reviews, ratings or customer names we cannot substantiate.
